Stanton Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Review by Outer Space Wines

This powerful Cab needs time to breathe and stretch for 30 minutes to an hour in a decanter. Once it does, here comes chocolate malt, Marasca cherries, black currants, blackberries and whiffs of cigar wrapper and garden thyme. Very rich and mouth-filling on the long 45 second finish. Decant & drink now or hold for a decade or more. For pure enjoyment (that’s all that matters, right?) I’ll put this up against any Napa Cabernet.

If the Stanton Cabernet interests you, then also consider trying the COHO Petit Verdot.
