“Soda Creek Vineyard,” on the Silverado Trail, just south of Stags Leap District is the source for this killer Cab. Dark flavors: black currants, bittersweet chocolate, roast almonds, and mocha. It’s full-bodied with fine tannins (making it good for drinking now) and the acidity to age and get even better through the decade. 190 cases made.
