The Recoltant Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is outstanding and gives me everything I want from Napa Cab. The wine’s big flavor, full body, uplifting acidity, judicious use of new oak and loads of fine, silky, age-worthy tannins all work together seamlessly. Rather than one definitive fruit flavor the black cherries, berries, plum and pomegranate come at you in unison. Bay leaves, tarragon, cedar, vanilla and cinnamon toast compliment the great fruit.
