Mindego Ridge is a vineyard-owned winery near the crest of the Santa Cruz Mountain range, 8 miles from the Pacific in the same area as Ridge and Mount Eden Vineyards. This is a rich and mouth-filling with bright natural acidity and an attractive creaminess. Lemon candies, caramel, spiced green apple, kiwi and finally a faint lemon bitters note move from the mid-palate to the end of the 25 second finish.
