Welcome to The Blind Tasting Social a grape-by-grape sensory journey for wine lovers who want to level up their tasting skills in a relaxed, supportive setting. On Thursday, October 23rd we will deep dive into a wine that needs no introduction – Champagne!
Whether you’re an enthusiast or prepping for WSET or just curious about what’s in your glass, this bi-weekly series is designed to help you sharpen your palate, build wine vocabulary, and connect with fellow wine lovers.
Each session features a guided blind tasting of classic grape varieties, focusing on structure, aroma profiles, and regionally expressive styles—all without the bias of labels.
Led by Monika Bielka-Vescovi, this one-hour class will show you how to focus on structure, aromas, and style, while building vocabulary and confidence.
