Join winemaking couple Caitlin and Quentin Lhommeau as they take us through a four year vertical of their culty, highly regarded Cabernet and their Napa Chenin from L’Envolée. Great opportunity to get in early on a couple that are making big waves in Napa Cab world.
We’ll taste their 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 Napa Cabernet, along with their 2023 Chenin Blanc. I’m drinking the delicious 2020 as I type this. Bottle number 487 out of 750 from this vintage. Tiny production, very high quality, and delicious with the tri-tip with chimichurri that Emily made for dinner. It’s full of clove and blackberry jam with a chewy, cocoa-infused finish. It’s a lovely glass of wine, and I know you’ll love it as much as the critics do. Come on down and taste this while you still can.
