Friday Night Flights: Swiss Wines and Melty Cheese

On Friday, April 24th, we’re pouring a lineup of Swiss wines alongside proper raclette—melted, scraped, and served the way it should be.

If you’ve never had Swiss wine, this is the perfect entry point. Very little of it makes it out of the country, and what does tends to be distinctive, alpine, and incredibly food-friendly. Crisp whites and light reds paired with raclette, the gooey, melted alpine cheese that is made for this style of wines. It’s simple. It’s indulgent. It’s very, very good.
