On Friday May 31 Outer Space Wines Owner/Resident Chef Dan Dawson will serve ultra-fresh Fava Beans two ways: Fava Bean, Chickpea and Cucumber Salad and Fava Bean Purée Crostini. With your fava dishes you’ll be served three wines: A Rosé and two whites. Each picked to perfectly match the favas!
$25 for the favas and wine pairing.
