Outer Space Wines and Eat Drink Cook co-host their Chili Cook Off and Wine Pairing on Saturday, March 15 from 12 Noon to 3 P.M.
Dan Dawson of Eat Drink Cook, Thad Duprey of Outer Space Wines and one more local chef will pit their chilis against each other, and you be the judge.
Wines chosen by Thad and Emily Duprey of Outer Space Wines to pair with chili will be available for purchase by the glass and bottle.
Cost is just $10 to try all the chilis. The ten bucks is paid forward to Napa’s Cope Family Center.
