The journey of taking over Outer Space Wines has been long and filled with all of the emotions. August 2nd will be our first official day as the new proprietors and there is only one thing that seems appropriate – lots and lots of bubbles! We are opening up a few of our favorite sparklers from the shop, from vintage grower Champagne to killer-value Cava and even a non-alcoholic sparkling Riesling from one of our favorite German producers, Johannes Leitz.
