Announcing “Class Is In Session,” the Outer Space series of classroom-style wine tastings with Dan Dawson.
Each class will focus on a specific wine region of the world.
The theme for October classes is Burgundy We All Can Afford
As Burgundies from the “tenderloin” (Montrachet, Chambertin, Musigny…) are the playground of the uber-rich, one needs to simply shop from the next town over to find great wine for affordable prices. Come to Outer Space Wines on two days: Thursday October 17 and/or Thursday October 24 for class and tasting of Burgundy we all can afford.
We’ll enjoy 8 Burgundies: sparkling, whites and reds spanning all the regions within Burgundy. Dan will start with an introduction to Burgundy before discussing the who, what and where of each wine. This is a great tasting for all levels of Burgundy knowledge as Dan welcomes the beginner with frank information and the experienced with new wines and new perspectives.
Wines will be available for purchase with pick-up the following week.
Same theme, different wines at the two classes, so you will enjoy attending both classes if you can (and you get a discount).
