The Galactic Napa Cabernet Tasting in Outer Space

The Galactic Napa Cabernet Tasting is a tasting of four of the best single-vineyard Napa Cabernets (including Cabernet Franc & Cabernet-based blends), each from a different Napa Valley region and/or sub-AVA. Sit down to a flight of Cabs from AVAs  Oakville, Mt. Veeder, St. Helena, Howell Mountain, Diamond Mountain, Rutherford and Coombsville (rotating selection).

Outer Space Wines’ Owner Dan Dawson (the first-ever sommelier at The French Laundry) will begin the tasting with a short lesson on what makes Napa Valley unique and special for growing Cabernet Sauvignon, then guide you through the tasting, wine by wine.

Taste great, distinctive and rare Napa Cabernet Sauvignons and learn more about what makes them great from one of Napa Valley’s best wine experts and teachers. Wines poured will be available for purchase in limited amounts.

The Galactic Napa Cabernet Tasting is offered every day, Tuesday through Sunday at 11 AM. It will end by 11:50 which gives you time to get to lunch or your next tasting in Napa Valley. Space is limited to ten seats per tasting so Dan can offer personalized service to all in attendance.
