(Sometimes the flight will include a highly-rated Cabernet Sauvignon from another region or country.) Sit down to a flight of Cabs from AVAs  Oakville\, Mt. Veeder\, St. Helena\, Howell Mountain\, Diamond Mountain\, Rutherford and Coombsville (rotating selection). \nOuter Space Wines’ Owner Dan Dawson (the first-ever sommelier at The French Laundry) will begin the tasting with a short lesson on what makes Napa Valley unique and special for growing Cabernet Sauvignon\, then guide you through the tasting\, wine by wine. \nTaste great\, distinctive and rare Napa Cabernet Sauvignons and learn more about what makes them great from one of Napa Valley’s best wine experts and teachers.
